Stamping processing is the production technology of product parts with certain shape, size and performance by means of the power of conventional or special stamping equipment.Sheet metal, die and equipment are the three elements of stamping.

Stamping is a cold deformation machining method of metal.So, known as cold stamping or sheet metal stamping, stamping for short.It is one of the main methods of metal plastic processing (or pressure processing), also belongs to the material forming engineering technology.

The die used for stamping is called stamping die, short for stamping die.Die is the material (metal or non-metal) batch processing into the required punching tools.

Punching die is very important in stamping, without the required punching die, batch stamping production is difficult to carry out;Without the advanced punch, the advanced stamping process can not be realized.Stamping process and die, stamping equipment and stamping materials constitute the three elements of stamping process, only they can be combined to get stamping parts.
