The nameplate made by the plastic diaphragm can replace a large part of the metal nameplate, which cannot but put forward certain requirements for some properties of the plastic diaphragm. According to the requirements for the production of the nameplate, the plastic diaphragm should have the following conditions.
1. Good looks
Refers to the production of the nameplate of the film surface to be flat, consistent luster, no mechanical damage, scratches, inclusions and color spots and other surface defects.
2. Better weather resistance
The nameplate on the product is the surface layer exposed in the natural environment, and the material should be able to avoid deformation, cracking, aging and discoloration under certain natural environment conditions.
3. Good chemical resistance
The nameplate may touch different chemicals, but it should be able to tolerate most common chemicals, such as alcohols, ethers and mineral oils.
4. Good dimensional stability
It is required to make the film of nameplate, and the size does not change obviously in a certain temperature range (generally -40~55℃).
5. Flexibility requirements
The requirements of the panel layer film has a certain hardness and elastic energy, at the same time, the elastic deformation should be small, can be judged by the rate of elongation of the material, generally speaking, the rate of elongation is large, the amount of elastic deformation is also large, the elastic energy is poor.
6. Good printing performance
Most plastic diaphragms need to be combined with the printing process, whether the surface of the plastic diaphragms adapt to the printing conditions, whether it can be firmly combined with the printing ink, and whether it can meet the nameplate forming, punching, bubbling and other necessary conditions.
