     Aluminum extrusion fabrication extrusion process

     I. operating procedures:

    1. Heat the ingot cylinder to 380℃-- 420℃ in the form of heating gradient of 100℃/1 hour.

    2. According to the operation plan sheet, select the appropriate amount of appropriate aluminum bar furnace heating to 480℃-- 520℃, special industrial profiles according to the specified process temperature.

    3. According to the operation plan, select the mold in accordance with the plan, heat it up to 460℃-- 500℃, and keep it warm for 2-- 4 hours.

    4. Start the extruder cooling motor -- oil motor.

    5. According to the single order of the plan, select the special cushion for the mold to be installed in the mold base, and lock the mold base in the extrusion position.

    6. Lock the holding drum and lift the heated aluminum bar to the aligned position of the material gallbladder by using the feeding rack.

    7. Master cylinder forward extrusion

    8. The initial pressing speed should be slow, and the medium speed should be adjusted according to the surface quality of the profile at the outlet.

    9. Record the mold number, aluminum bar number, master cylinder pressure and discharging speed in detail in the original record.

     Ii. Process requirements

    1. The temperature of aluminum rod heating on the machine is: A flat die: 500℃-- 520℃ b. split die: 480℃-- 500℃ c. special industrial materials are executed according to special process requirements.

    2. Mold heating process: a. flat die: 460℃-- 480℃ b. split die: 460℃-- 500℃

    3. Setting tube temperature: 380℃-- 420℃ the end surface temperature of the ingot tube is 280℃-- 360℃

    4. The extruded material must have smooth surface, no hand feeling for longitudinal indentation, fine and even extruding grain, no bright belt, black line, plane gap between the Yin and Yang planes, Angle deviation, and the cutting Angle should be of high precision level according to the national standard.

    5. Extrusion pressure: ≤200㎏/cm2

    6 gall lock pressure 120㎏/cm2 -- 150㎏/cm2.

    7. Temperature of hydraulic oil ≤45℃

    8. Profile outflow speed is generally controlled in: 5 m/min --30 m/min

    10. Every extrusion of 80 rods -100 rods, must use special clean cylinder cushion to clean the bile.

     Three. Matters needing attention

    1. During extrusion, if the die is plugged, the deadening time shall not exceed 5 seconds.

    2. When installing the mold, pay attention to safety and prevent the screw from slipping off and breaking the foot.

    3. When discharging, it is strictly prohibited to peep directly into the outlet.

    4. Before mounting the die, the center position must be checked and the extrusion rod must be aligned. The no-load test machine should be run once before starting the machine.

    5. Whether the temperature of the measuring rod, mold and ingot barrel meets the requirements.

    6.3 -- check the quality of 5 rods once.

    Check oil temperature frequently.

    8. Whether each aluminum bar is marked with furnace number and award number.
