Which custom process can be used on metal nameplates?
Stamping/forging:
Stamping is to apply external force to plates, strips, pipes and profiles by presses and dies to cause plastic deformation or separation, so as to obtain the required shape and size of the workpiece (stamping) forming processing method. Stamping and forging are both plastic processing (or pressure processing), collectively called forging.
Silk screen:
screen printing, that is, screen printing, refers to the use of silk screen as a plate base, and through the method of photosensitive plate making to make a screen printing plate with pictures and texts.
Brushing:
Brushing process is a kind of metal processing technology. It is a surface treatment method that forms lines on the surface of the workpiece by grinding products to achieve a decorative effect. According to the different lines after drawing, it can be divided into spiral texture, thread texture, straight texture, chaotic texture, etc.
Anodizing:
Anodizing mainly refers to the anodic oxidation of aluminum, which uses electrochemical principles to generate a layer of Al2O3 (aluminum oxide) film on the surface of aluminum and aluminum alloys. This oxide film has special characteristics such as protection, decoration, insulation, abrasion resistance, etc.
CD pattern:
CD pattern is a kind of effect similar to CD disc obtained by using a precise CD pattern machine to remove the material on the metal surface. Its pattern spacing is determined by the appearance and size of the product. CD pattern is generally called sun pattern, smooth pattern and colorful pattern.
Etching:
Etching is to immerse the metal parts to be etched in an etching solution composed of various chemical components. At room temperature or heating, after a certain time of reaction, the metal that needs to be etched will slowly dissolve. Finally, the required etching depth is reached, and the surface of the metal part is exposed to the decorative characters or patterns with concave-convex three-dimensional effect.
Electroforming:
Electroforming is a special processing method that uses the principle of point-deposition of metal to accurately replicate certain complex or special-shaped workpieces.
