Industrial aluminum extrusion process

Industrial aluminum profile is the aluminum bar through the hot fusion, extrusion to get different section shape of aluminum material.The production process of aluminum profiles mainly includes three processes: casting, extrusion and coloring.

Among them, the mold of industrial aluminum is the most important.Aluminum profile mold is selected to have better hardenability and higher toughness of the mold steel, after the process of constant temperature insulation to make the hardness of the standard, and finally after a tempering insulation treatment, the qualified mold;After a series of high temperature treatment, the mold is refined to make each part meet the requirements of the drawing design.

The aluminum bar must be heated to soften it before extrusion. The heated aluminum bar is put into the extruder and then pushed by a hydraulic rod. In this way, the aluminum alloy that is heated and softened is extruded from the mold under pressure.Formed industrial aluminum profile according to customer demand for secondary processing can be formed into finished products.
